Mario Mandarić is a young Croatian chef and one of the most promising representatives of the new generation in European gastronomy. Born in Split and raised in Omiš, he built his culinary experience in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including the prestigious The Fat Duck. He gained wider recognition in 2021 when he was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the Art & Culture category. In addition to top-tier gastronomy, Mandarić stands out for his work in raising awareness about sustainability and reducing food waste, further contributing to a modern approach to cooking.
